Description

The PIO-D168U provides 168 TTL digital I/O lines, consisting of  twenty-one 8-bit bi-direction ports. The 8-bit ports are named port A (PA), port B (PB), port C (PC) with all ports being configured as inputs upon power-up or reset.

The PIO-D168U has one D-Sub connector and six 50-pin flat cable connectors. Each header can connect to a 50-pin flat cable, which in turn can be connected to an ADP-37/PCI or ADP-50/PCI adapter. The adapter can then be fixed on the chassis.

This card is Universal PCI for 3.3V & 5V PCI bus.

To Bring the Digital Channels to a PC Rear Panel, would require 6off either the ADP-37PCI (37pin D-sub) or ADP-50PCI (50 way ribbon connector). Various Daughter boards could then be used to bring out the actual I/O channels. Please refer to the Recommended Products area below.
